Here we are☃️ Smack dab in the middle of the COVID-19 winter.
It seems as though nature takes a nap during winter. Flowers wilt and branches become bare. Beneath the surface, however, deep into the earth, nature is rebuilding.
Roots reach far into the soil for nourishment. It’s the groundwork of winter that prepares nature to flourish in spring.
This COVID winter is especially quiet, as cities shut down and people huddle up at home. When the rest of the world becomes quiet, we get an opportunity to turn up the volume on ourselves.
If we take a tip from nature, now is the time to lay the groundwork so that we can continue to flourish through the year.
