Here’s how to be healthy…

Start with 30 minutes of fasted cardio in the morning

All of these things are healthy but to become a healthier and happier version of yourself, you do not need to obsess and do all the things.

1 banana 
1 cup berries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (plant-based)
1 cup almond milk or water 1 handful of fresh spinach OR
1 scoop greens powder (I like this one)

*frozen fruit is best
