Your employees spend a lot of time traveling. They are forced to eat out more, work-out less. Consequently, they are definitely not at their best.

They spend a ton of time away from their family and little time taking care of themselves. As the employer, it is in your best interest to take care of your employees. Obviously, it’s the right thing to do but when it comes to your bottom line, healthy employees are happy employees and happy employees do better at their jobs.

I worked in the travel industry for a decade and have first-hand experience on how living on the road affects physical health and mental wellness.

I was gaining weight and sleeping less but working in a family business, so I couldn’t walk away. Instead, I went back to school to figure it out.

I studied health and nutrition at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and have combined my education with personal experience as a frequent flyer to offer corporate wellness trainings.

Because company structures vary, I have developed different programs; some are for remote employees that are always on the road and some are face-to-face to offer brief trainings during office hours.

The remote trainings are all electronic, so your employees can do them at their own convenience and the face-to-face trainings are brief, so they can learn without interfering with work.
